- Case Management Highlights
The level of care provided for this population has created a wealth of relationships that have permitted the families to transition and grow in many ways. Securing permanent housing, increased educational opportunities and access to medical care employment opportunities are just some of the ways in which children and families are meeting the challenges and goals that reduce and prevent neglect, abuse and maltreatment.
